I apologise to Thorton-mun, Emmet-mun and any others I’ve been rp’ing with. I have too many blogs to juggle around with, and with uni coming up and the fact that my Will muse died for this place, I’ve decided to drop Will.
It’s been fun, and maybe I’ll return at some point.

“Let me guess, all this sudden interest in traveling. You are just trying to make a cover to go visit your brother aren’t you?” He gave him a little smirk, trying to see if he was correct.
At the mention of his brother, Will’s smile dropped and was replaced with a frown. “Normally, that would be the case. However, Lucian seemed to have left again…” He looked back to Thorton, glad his mask was hiding the sadness in his eyes. “I just need to get away.”
“With such peaceful silence as this, it is hard to even keep track of my thoughts… It has gotten that quiet…” he rubbed his head, sighing into his hands. He had grown bored of his mundane daily activities he did every day, but there was no real way for him to free himself from that cycle.
Will couldn’t help but agree. “It’s gotten far too quiet for my liking. I’m tempted to leave for a bit and travel again. I mean, Lance is no longer here, and neither is anyone else.
I could even go back to Unova and get a Sigilyph.”
“I remember traveling myself many years ago…” Nejiki do you have no perception of time you twit youre like 22 that is not years ago. “… I honestly don’t think that I would personally be able to travel around like you have mentioned but if you are able to then take the chance while you still can right?”
“Exactly! Don’t let an opportunity pass you by, for you may never get that chance again. Plus, I’ve always liked traveling. You got to see many interesting things and meet interesting people along the way.”

I think he does~ They tend to be pretty docile, though they can be rather skittish. Just be careful with him~

“Well, I have never braved any of the Victory Roads, so I wouldn’t really be able to compare them.” He said with a smile.
“I don’t think I know this ‘Clair’. Is she a trainer there? Yes, only wild pokémon musn’t prove much of a challenge. Trainer against trainer battles are the best to make your pokémon stronger.”
“Ah, an actor? I’m sorry, I don’t think I have seen any of your work, but I could be mistaken. Could you perhaps name a few from which I might know you?”
“I see,” he replied with a nod. “And Clair is one of the Gym Leaders here in Johto. She trains dragon types and is rather fierce. She can hold her own against us, and even defeated some of us on occasion.”
“Most of my work resides in Johto. They’re local plays put on in Goldenrod, mostly for the benefit of tourists,” Will said with a smile. “No big motion pictures for me, I’m afraid.”
”I’m currently working for myself. I have worked for and with others in the past, but that doesn’t always end well. Everyone has their own ideas about how research should be done and what is correct and what isn’t, and that often completely kills the project. I just seem to work best on my own, I think.” He shurgs and gives an apologetic smile. “I don’t always play nice with others.”“Of course, of course, the elites and their champion are seen as the best of the best. Only the toughest trainers are know to make it through Victory Road. Ah, so you have time for hobbies and other things? …If I may be so free, just out of curiousity, what is that you do outside of battles?”
“Perhaps that was the way to go, then. Too many differences between team mates can break the team apart and nothing would get accomplished.” He wondered what the other meant by his last statement but chose not to pry. Something within told Will that he didn’t want to know.
“That is true, yes. Though our Victory Road is a bit sad.” With no trainers inside and only wild Pokemon, Trainers didn’t have much of a challenge. Clair was the only challenge for them. “As for what I do outside the league? I’m a part time actor and magician.”

Oooh! [He clapped his hands enthusiastically] That was amazing! …Did it really come out of me ear? And it’s so round! [He petted the Natu] And so soft!

“I see. So were you a professor at one point, or did you simply get the title due to your research?” he asked, his tone curious as he looked at the other.
“It is rather challenging; you have to train for years and pass a wide array of tests. Your commitment to training and attaining such a high level is what keeps one on that path. You also need a strong connection with your Pokemon and make sure you’re both on the same page. If you don’t have any of this, you won’t be able to reach Elite status.”
“A little bit of both.” He said with a soft laugh. “I earned it with my research, although I did also give several lectures for some time.”
“Ah, I see. So elites practically live, breathe and eat battles? Not to mention you have to raise most of your pokémon right out of the egg to achieve such a level of connectedness. It sure is an admirable goal to devote oneself to.”
“I see~ Do you enjoy being a professor, and do you work alongside the others or are you an independent researcher?”
“That sounds about right. Our job is to test trainers and see if they have what it takes to be the best of the best. It’s no easy feat, you know. However, we do have down times where we do other things besides battling.”
